- 2000-PhilWeb is founded as an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- November 2002- PhilWeb signs Intellectual Property Lease Management Agreement (IPLMA) with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) on Internet Sports Betting
- January 2003- Together with PAGCOR, PhilWeb officially launches Internet Sports Betting with Basketball Jackpot
- March 2004-PhilWeb signs Internet Gaming IPLMA with PAGCOR
- May 2006- ePLDT buys 26 percent of PhilWeb
- June 2006- In cooperation with the Bureau Internal Revenue (BIR) and PAGCOR, PhilWeb launches Premyo sa Resibo to encourage consumers to use official receipts
- February 2007-Board of Investors grants PhilWeb "Pioneer" status, allowing for six years of Tax Incentives for importing software
- April 2007- PhilWeb reports a net income of P116 million for 2006
- May 2007- PhilWeb announces quarterly earnings jump 151.57% from last year
- October 2007- PhilWeb reports net income nearly triples to P121.7 million from same period last year
